Kawakib, meaning “planets” in Arabic, is an e-commerce brand with a unique concept: “Shop from Every Planet.” Their vision is to bring together a diverse selection of essential and unique products from around the world, ensuring every customer finds what they need to live a better, healthier life. As they start their journey to success, they aim to create a universal marketplace that enriches lives and fosters a healthier and happier world.

The Challenge

Kawakib approached us with a clear vision and goals for their e-commerce platform. They had already established their brand fundamentals but needed assistance in effectively transmitting these ideas to their target audience. Our challenge was to refine their existing brand fundamentals and create strategies that would position them as a premier online marketplace offering a diverse selection of essential and unique products.

To meet Kawakib’s needs, we focused on refining their already established brand fundamentals and developing strategies to effectively communicate their mission, vision, and values. Our approach included four key steps:

Initial Consultation:

We began with an in-depth consultation to understand Kawakib’s history, values, and goals. This helped us grasp their unique selling points and the challenges they faced in their market.

 

Market Research:

We conducted comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. This insight was crucial in positioning Kawakib as a leader in their field.

 

Strategic Planning:

We developed a strategic plan that highlighted Kawakib’s innovation, quality, diversity, and customer-centric approach. This plan included refining their mission and vision statements and creating a strong positioning statement and tagline.

Implementation:

With a clear strategy in place, we moved forward with the implementation. We refined their mission and vision statements, crafted their positioning statement, and developed their tagline: “Shop from Every Planet.”

Now it was time to design a unique brand identity as we promised.

LOGO DESIGN

Based on the brand strategy, we explored various design concepts. After thorough exploration, we crafted a mood board to determine the design direction, ensuring it aligned with Kawakib’s values of innovation, quality, diversity, customer-centricity, and health & wellness.

We started by crafting the icon, drawing inspiration from the concept of planets to create a unique and meaningful representation.
