Background

Adbir began as a small business specializing in delivering goods such as e-commerce orders, flower shop orders, food, and medicine. The client aimed to build a unique brand based on his genuine passion for the field, understanding of competitors’ weaknesses, and a desire to offer a different delivery experience.

The Challenge

Initial Situation:

Adbir needed to establish a trusted and memorable brand in a competitive delivery market. The client sought to express his unique business model and values to effectively reach his target audience.

Objectives:

Create a brand name, refine the business ideas into a coherent brand strategy, develop clear messaging, and determine the appropriate pricing and market positioning.

Initial Consultation:

We began with an initial meeting to understand the client’s ideas, vision, and industry. This helped us grasp the unique aspects of Adbir’s business model.

Market Research:

Conducted comprehensive research on the market and competitors to inform our strategy. We focused on identifying Adbir’s unique selling points and aligning them with the client’s vision and goals.

Strategic Planning:

Developed a strategic plan highlighting Adbir’s unique delivery experience, trustworthiness, and innovative delivery and payment methods.

Implementation:

Maintained continuous collaboration with the client, incorporating their feedback into each stage of the strategy. Organized workshops and strategic sessions to finalize the brand strategy and ensure it resonated with the target audience.

Name & Tagline Development

Based on our research and meetings, we chose the name “Adbir,” which means pigeon in the Amazigh language, the local language of Morocco. The pigeon was historically used for delivery due to its speed, reliability, and ability to navigate long distances. This symbolism perfectly aligned with Adbir’s values of fast, clean, loyal, and elegant delivery. We also created the tagline “Let your desires fly to you,” encapsulating the essence of the delivery service and its commitment to customer satisfaction.

After developing a comprehensive strategy, the next step was to create a unique brand identity that would reflect Adbir’s values and vision.

LOGO DESIGN

We explored various design ideas, drawing inspiration from the chosen name and tagline. The final logo was inspired by the letter “D” from “Desire,” symbolizing desires flying to the client.

The client loved the well-crafted presentation and approved the design immediately.

The logo and colors perfectly represented Adbir’s values of speed, cleanliness, loyalty, and elegance. 

The tagline ‘Let your desires fly to you’ encapsulates the essence of Adbir’s unique delivery service and resonates with the target audience.

The cohesive branding creates a memorable and trusted brand image.

The new brand identity was then applied across various platforms, ensuring consistency in digital and print materials.

The new brand identity set Adbir apart from competitors, creating a memorable and trusted brand image. The unique logo and cohesive branding helped increase brand recognition and client trust.
